1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, downloading, installing or using Cheetools, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Intended purpose
Cheetools is an Android gaming utility that displays supported device information and requests user-selected, reversible Android settings. It is not affiliated with Google, Android device manufacturers, Shizuku, Roblox, or any game publisher unless explicitly stated.
3. License and acceptable use
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to install and use an official Cheetools release for lawful personal use. You must not use it to cheat, bypass anti-cheat systems, interfere with other users, damage devices, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent results, or violate a game’s or platform’s rules.
4. Your responsibility
You choose every game, profile and intervention. Review compatibility messages before applying. Keep access to Restore Center, avoid unsupported values, monitor heat and battery use, and stop a session if the device becomes unstable. You are responsible for compliance with game terms and local law.
5. Technical limitations
Performance depends on the game engine, Android version, device display, OEM firmware, thermal state and permissions. Game default disables Android's intervention throttle, but cannot override a limiter implemented inside a game. Reduced resolution can affect visual quality. ANGLE can introduce incompatibility. A game or OEM may ignore or reject an intervention.
6. Downloads and updates
Use only APKs published through the official GitHub release linked from this website. Android may warn about sideloaded applications. Updates may change features, supported Android versions and these terms.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheetools and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or performance improvement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost data, game-account action, battery degradation, heat, incompatibility or interrupted gameplay resulting from use or inability to use Cheetools. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
Your permission to use Cheetools ends if you materially violate these terms. You may stop using the software at any time by restoring active settings and uninstalling it.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as Cheetools changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
